Dil Bozuklukları
Dil Bozuklukları iki başlık altında incelenebilir:
- Birincil dil bozukluğu; ikincil bir engele bağlı olmaksızın gelişen dil bozukluğudur.
- İkincil dil bozukluğu; belli bir nedene bağlı olarak (otizm spektrum bozukluğu, down sendromu, sendromlar, serebral palsi, mikrosefali, makrosefali, travmatik beyin hasarı vb. ) gelişen dil bozukluklarıdır.
Akıcılık Bozuklukları Akıcılık bozuklukları hızlı-bozuk konuşma ve kekemelik olmak üzere ikiye ayrılır. Kekemelik bir konuşma bozukluğudur. Konuşmanın akıcılığı bozulmuştur. Konuşurken kelimelerde ve hecelerde takılırlar ve kelimeyi veya heceyi tekrarlar ve uzatırlar. Hızlı-bozuk konuşma aşırı ölçüde hızlı, düzensiz ve sıklıkla konuyla ilgisiz sözcük veya ifadeler içeren bir konuşma bozukluğudur. Ses Bozuklukları Konuşmak için ham ses üretimi sağlayan ses kıvrımlarında meydana gelen organik ya da kullanıma bağlı gelişen, anlaşılırlığı etkileyen, bireyin kültürüne, yaşına, cinsiyetine uymayan bozulmaları temsil eder. Ses bozukluklarının tanılaması aletli ve aletsiz değerlendirmelerle yapılır, daha sonra rehabilitasyon sürecine geçilir. Yutma Bozuklukları Bireylerin yaşamlarını devam ettirebilmek için bir zorunluluk olan yutma becerilerinin istemli ya da istemsiz yutma fazlarında meydana gelen sorunlar yutma bozuklukları altında betimlenebilir.
